Described herein is a polychrome Micro-LED pixel, comprising: a first LED structure that emits a first color, wherein the first LED structure is formed on a substrate; a first metal pillar formed on the substrate; a second LED structure that emits a second color, wherein second LED structure is positioned on the first metal pillar; and a conductive structure surrounding the first LED structure and the second LED structure, wherein the cross-sectional shape of at least one of the first and second LED structure is inverted trapezoid.[French]
L'invention concerne un pixel micro-LED polychrome, comprenant : une première structure de LED qui émet une première couleur, la première structure de LED étant formée sur un substrat ; un premier pilier métallique formé sur le substrat; une seconde structure de LED qui émet une seconde couleur, la seconde structure de LED étant positionnée sur le premier pilier métallique ; et une structure conductrice entourant la première structure de LED et la seconde structure de LED, la forme de section transversale d'au moins l'une des première et seconde structures de LED étant un trapèze inversé.
