Described herein is a monochrome Micro-LED pixel, including: an LED structure(520) that emits a first color, wherein the LED structure is formed on a substrate(510); and a top conductive structure(550) that is positioned above the LED structure and surrounds the periphery of the light-emitting area of the LED structure, wherein a first reflective layer(551) is provided on the side wall of the top conductive structure.[French]
