A polychrome Micro-LED pixel, comprising: a first LED structure (1520) that emits a first color, wherein the first LED structure (1520) is formed on a substrate (1510); a first metal pillar formed on the substrate (1510); a second LED structure (1530) that emits a second color, wherein the second LED structure (1530) is positioned on the first metal pillar; a first air gap (1525) around the first LED structure (1520); a second air gap (1535) around the second LED structure (1530); and a conductive structure (1550) surrounding the first LED structure (1520) and the second LED structure (1530).[French]
