Provided in the present invention are a support structure for a neutron generation system, and a neutron capture therapy system. The support structure is configured to support a neutron generation system. The neutron generation system comprises a beam transport structure and a beam shaping body. The support structure for a neutron generation system comprises a first support assembly, wherein the first support assembly is connected to the top of a therapeutic chamber, and the first support assembly is at least used for partially supporting the beam shaping body; and/or, the support structure for a neutron generation system comprises a second support assembly, wherein the second support assembly penetrates the top of the therapeutic chamber, and the second support assembly is at least used for partially supporting the beam transport structure that passes through the top of the therapeutic chamber. The present invention can meet requirements for mounting and supporting the beam shaping body and the beam transport assembly in a vertical direction, thereby ensuring that a neutron beam can vertically enter the therapeutic chamber, and achieving neutron capture therapy in the vertical direction.[French]
