Embodiments of the present invention disclose a parameter adjustment method and apparatus, a device, and a medium, which are applied to a first device. The method comprises: in the process of receiving a data frame transmitted by a second device, acquiring first parameter information of the data frame, the first parameter information comprising at least one of a frame loss rate and a transmission delay; and, on the basis of the first parameter information, controlling the second device to adjust second parameter information of the data frame, so that the second device transmits the data frame on the basis of the adjusted second parameter information, the second parameter information comprising at least one of a streaming mode, a bit rate, and a resolution.[French]
