The anti-CLDN18.2/CD3 bispecific antibody has high specific binding to CLDN18.2 and low affinity with a CD3 terminal, facilitating the reduction of in vivo toxicity. Meanwhile, the anti-CLDN18.2/CD3 bispecific antibody has excellent tumor cell killing activity, activation activity, and in vivo anti-tumor activity. Provided is use of the anti-CLDN18.2/CD3 bispecific antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof in the preparation of a drug for treating CLDN18.2-mediated diseases or disorders.[French]
