Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to the field of slurry concentration. Specifically disclosed are a slurry concentration, dispersion and homogenization device and method. The slurry concentration, dispersion and homogenization device comprises a dehydration chamber, wherein the dehydration chamber has a slurry inlet at the top or side thereof and a slurry outlet at the bottom thereof; a dehydration assembly is provided inside the dehydration chamber; a slurry dispersing assembly is provided at the slurry outlet, and is provided with a dispersing inlet in communication with the slurry outlet and a finished-product outlet for outputting a finished slurry; and the moisture content of the slurry at the slurry outlet ranges from 15% to 30%, and the finished slurry is a fluid slurry. In the slurry concentration, dispersion and homogenization device of the present invention, after dehydration is completed, the dehydrated slurry is dispersed to break the molecular adhesion within the slurry, effectively improving the fluidity of the slurry, and facilitating subsequent conveyance to the next process such as a spray tower.[French]
