The present invention relates to the technical field of biomedicine. Specifically, disclosed is ceramide NS. The ceramide NS is a product obtained by condensation of oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, and sphingosine, and has a structure of formula (I), wherein R is selected from residues after condensation of oleic acid, linoleic acid, and linolenic acid. Also disclosed in the present invention are a synthesis method for and use of ceramide NS. Ceramide NS series compounds have excellent effects in repairing a skin barrier, promoting skin tissue healing, resisting oxidation, resisting photoaging, improving collagen expression, and the like.[French]

Le céramide NS est un produit obtenu par condensation d'acide oléique, d'acide linoléique, d'acide linolénique et de sphingosine, et a une structure de formule (I), R étant choisi parmi des résidus après condensation de l'acide oléique, de l'acide linoléique et de l'acide linolénique.
