Abstract[English]
A new energy vehicle battery monitoring circuit having a wire containing multiple bends, the circuit comprising a temperature sensor (20) and a folded wire containing multiple bends (10). The temperature sensor (20) is arranged on a monitored battery (40) and is electrically connected to a signal transmission bus (30) by means of the folded wire containing multiple bends (10). The folded wire containing multiple bends (10) comprises a plurality of bent serpentine segments and straight-line segments. The bent serpentine segments and the straight-line segments are alternately arranged on the folded wire containing multiple bends (10). The plurality of straight-line segments are parallel to each other, and insulating outer cladding layers of adjacent straight-line segments are bonded to each other. The bonding force between adjacent straight-line segments is directly proportional to the distance from the corresponding bonding position to the temperature sensor (20), and the bonding force is smaller than a preset structural force bearing threshold. The plurality of bent serpentine segments do not overlap in the arrangement direction of the straight-line segments. According to the battery monitoring circuit, the operational stability of the circuit is improved, the safety of the signal transmission bus is guaranteed, and maintenance costs are reduced.[French]
