Provided are a rotating mechanism, a gimbal and a projector. The rotating mechanism comprises a base (1), an intermediate member (2) and a limiting member (3), wherein the base (1) and the limiting member (3) are fixed into a whole; an axial gap is provided between the base (1) and the limiting member (3) in the direction of a rotating shaft of the rotating mechanism; the intermediate member (2) is arranged between the base (1) and the limiting member (3), and the intermediate member (2) can rotate relative to the base (1) and the limiting member (3); and rotating damping is provided between the intermediate member (2) and the base (1) and between the intermediate member (2) and the limiting member (3). The stability of the rotating mechanism can be improved, and various mounting manners of the rotating mechanism are met.[French]
