A drug for treating pancreatic cancer and use thereof. Cell experiments demonstrate that the pharmaceutical composition has a synergistic effect of inhibiting the survival of human pancreatic cancer cells and inducing the periodic inhibition and apoptosis of human pancreatic cancer cells. Moreover, anti-tumor efficacy experiments on a CDX model and clinical trials demonstrate that, compared with the prior art, the pharmaceutical combination achieves an unexpected therapeutic effect and exhibits a synergistic effect of inhibiting tumor growth. The present invention provides a better option for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.[French]

Des expériences cellulaires démontrent que la composition pharmaceutique présente un effet synergique d'inhibition de la survie des cellules du cancer du pancréas humain et d'induction de l'inhibition périodique et de l'apoptose des cellules du cancer du pancréas humain.
