Abstract[English]
A method and apparatus for predicting blood pressure, an electronic device, and a readable storage medium, relating to the technical field of medical treatment. The method for predicting blood pressure comprises: synchronously acquiring physiological signals, wherein the physiological signals comprise an electrocardiographic signal, a pulse signal, and a heart sound signal; performing feature extraction on the physiological signals to obtain signal features, wherein the signal features comprise an pre-ejection period duration and a pulse transmission time; and inputting the signal features into a pre-trained blood pressure prediction model, so that the blood pressure prediction model outputs a blood pressure prediction result, thereby improving the prediction accuracy of blood pressure.[French]
L'invention concerne une méthode et un appareil de prédiction de pression artérielle, un dispositif électronique et un support de stockage lisible, se rapportant au domaine technique du traitement médical. La méthode de prédiction de pression artérielle consiste à : acquérir de manière synchrone des signaux physiologiques, les signaux physiologiques comprenant un signal électrocardiographique, un signal d'impulsion et un signal sonore cardiaque ; réaliser une extraction de caractéristiques sur les signaux physiologiques pour obtenir des caractéristiques de signal, les caractéristiques de signal comprenant une durée de période de prééjection et un temps de transmission d'impulsion ; et introduire les caractéristiques de signal dans un modèle de prédiction de pression artérielle préentraîné, de telle sorte que le modèle de prédiction de pression artérielle délivre un résultat de prédiction de pression artérielle, ce qui permet d'améliorer la précision de prédiction de pression artérielle.[Chinese]
一种血压预测方法、装置、电子设备及可读存储介质，涉及医疗技术领域，血压预测方法包括：同步采集生理信号，其中，生理信号包括心电信号、脉搏信号与心音信号；对生理信号进行特征提取，得到信号特征，其中，信号特征包括射血前期持续时间与脉搏传递时间；将信号特征输入至预训练的血压预测模型中，以供血压预测模型输出得到血压预测结果，从而提高了血压的预测准确度。
