The present invention relates to the field of drug synthesis, and specifically relates to a method for preparing a Zavegepant intermediate and a derivative thereof. Specifically, the method comprises reacting a compound of formula II with a compound of formula III to obtain a compound of formula I, reacting the compound of formula I with isoamyl nitrite to obtain compound V, and removing a protecting group from the compound of formula V to obtain a compound of formula VI or a salt thereof. On the basis of the preparation method provided by the present invention, the raw materials are readily available, the production cost is relatively low, there are fewer synthesis steps, and the operation is simpler and more convenient.[French]
La présente invention relève du domaine de la synthèse de médicaments, et concerne en particulier un procédé de préparation d'un intermédiaire de zavegemme et d'un dérivé de celui-ci. Plus particulièrement, le procédé comprend la mise en réaction d'un composé de formule II avec un composé de formule III pour obtenir un composé de formule I, la mise en réaction du composé de formule I avec du nitrite d'isoamyle pour obtenir le composé V, et la suppression d'un groupe protecteur du composé de formule V pour obtenir un composé de formule VI ou un sel de celui-ci.
