A pre-packaging apparatus for bulk goods, and a matching flat-mouth bag and pre-packaging method. The pre-packaging apparatus for bulk goods comprises: an electronic scale module, which includes a weighing sensor, a controller (114) and a display screen (15), wherein the weighing sensor is used for acquiring goods weight data; a sealing machine module, which is mounted on an upper part of the electronic scale module, and comprises a fixed clamping plate (21), a movable clamping plate (22) and a driving electric motor (25), wherein the driving electric motor controls the opening and closing movement of the movable clamping plate relative to the fixed clamping plate; a static ink-jet printer module, which is fixed to a side part of the fixed clamping plate, and includes a movable spray nozzle and an ink-jet controller; and a control switch, which is electrically connected to the controller, wherein the controller is configured to synchronously start a sealing operation of the sealing machine module and an ink-jet operation of the static ink-jet printer module in response to a trigger signal of the control switch.[French]
