Abstract[English] The present patent relates to the technical field of advanced manufacturing and automation, and discloses a water-quenching and crushing device for a silicon material, comprising: a support frame, wherein a water-quenching protective housing is provided on one side of the support frame, and a control panel is fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the water-quenching protective housing; and a silicon material water-quenching conveying assembly, which is provided above the support frame and inside the water-quenching protective housing. By providing a discharge slide plate and a protective guard plate, a silicon material can smoothly and safely fall into a loading frame in a water-quenching tank; additionally, water-quenching holes equidistantly and uniformly formed in the outer wall and the bottom of the loading frame enable the silicon material to be in full contact with water in the water-quenching tank, thereby achieving rapid and uniform water-quenching treatment; and a hydraulic lifting cylinder and a telescopic rod work in conjunction to adjust the height of the holding frame according to actual requirements so as to control the residence time of the silicon material in the water-quenching tank, thereby achieving the optimal water-quenching effect, and achieving the effect of improving the water-quenching efficiency.[French] La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique de la fabrication et de l'automatisation avancées, et concerne un dispositif de trempe à l'eau et de broyage pour un matériau de silicium, comprenant : un cadre de support, un logement de protection de trempe à l'eau étant disposé sur un côté du cadre de support, et un panneau de commande étant monté de manière fixe sur la paroi externe du logement de protection de trempe à l'eau ; et un ensemble de transport de matériau de silicium pour trempe à l'eau, qui est disposé au-dessus du cadre de support et à l'intérieur du logement de protection de trempe à l'eau.
