A multifunctional movable outer compartment (6) for a trolley case. The multifunctional movable outer compartment (6) is based on a bottom support of a high-reliability trolley case bearing frame having a split-type force bearing structure, and comprises the bottom support, rectangular guide tubes, a handle, a button, rectangular telescopic pull tubes, a control device and a buckle; the movable outer compartment (6) is fixedly arranged below the bottom support, is parallel to the bottom support, and is parallel to the center line in the front-rear direction of the bottom support. During travel, when articles on the movable outer compartment (6) need to be used, by means of loosening a buckle locking strap, the articles can be taken out; and at the end of travel, by means of holding a handle button of the movable outer compartment (6), and pushing the telescopic pull rods of the movable outer compartment (6) back into the guide tubes, the movable outer compartment is consequently hidden below the bottom support.[French]
