Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to the technical field of preparation of organic optoelectronic materials, and in particular to a boron-nitrogen compound and an OLED containing same, and an organic light-emitting apparatus. By combining a fluorenyl group, a substituted amino group, and a group defined below a parent core, the boron-nitrogen compound of the present invention exhibits enhanced thermal stability and has excellent light-emitting characteristics. As a light-emitting layer material, the boron-nitrogen compound provided by the present invention can effectively enable organic light-emitting devices to operate at a low driving voltage while maintaining voltage stability and to achieve high light-emitting efficiency.[French]
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique de la préparation de matériaux optoélectroniques organiques, et concerne en particulier un composé bore-azote, une OLED le contenant et un appareil électroluminescent organique. Le composé bore-azote selon la présente invention présente une stabilité thermique améliorée et d'excellentes caractéristiques d'émission de lumière par combinaison d'un groupe fluorényle, d'un groupe amino substitué et d'un groupe défini ci-dessous comme noyau parent.
