A control circuit capable of freely switching a power source voltage. The control circuit comprises a first control circuit used for freely switching a power source voltage, and a second control circuit and a third control circuit which are electrically connected to the first control circuit, wherein the first control circuit is provided with a toggle switch, the second control circuit is a charging circuit, and the third control circuit is a protection circuit. By means of the toggle switch, a user can select a required output voltage to implement fast and efficient voltage conversion, so as to meet the requirements of different devices for voltages.
