Provided are a method for screening a truncated bioactive peptide of type IV collagen by using a bioinformatics method, a truncated peptide obtained by means of the method, and an application thereof. Further provided is a method for obtaining the truncated peptide by means of fermentation using a yeast expression system.[French]
