Abstract[English]
Provided are a GLP-1 peptide pharmaceutical composition containing citric acid, a preparation and use therefor, and a kit comprising the composition and a use thereof. The pharmaceutical composition comprises GLP-1 peptide, a buffering agent, an osmotic pressure regulator, and/or an antioxidant, can enhance the stability of physicochemical and biological activities of GLP-1 peptide, and does not cause pain to a subject. Thus, a pharmaceutical composition suitable for clinical primary injection can be prepared. The pharmaceutical composition can effectively prevent the effective component GLP-1 peptide from losing efficacy due to various factors such as degradation and oxidation, thereby facilitating transportation, long-term storage and clinical use.[French]
L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique peptidique de GLP-1 contenant de l'acide citrique, une préparation et son utilisation, ainsi qu'un kit comprenant la composition et son utilisation.
