Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to a compound capable of being used as a SMARCA2/4 modulator. Specifically, the compound involved in the present disclosure contains a ligand at one end that binds to an E3 ubiquitin ligase, and contains a ligand at the other end that binds to a target protein (SMARCA2/4), such that the target protein is placed in the vicinity of the ubiquitin ligase, so as to achieve the degradation (or inhibition) of the target protein.[French]
