Compositions and methods useful to reduce expression of PD-L1 gene and for treatment of PD-L1-associated diseases and conditions are provided. Provided are PD-L1 dsRNA agents, PD-L1 antisense polynucleotide agents, compositions comprising PD-L1 dsRNA agents, and compositions comprising PD-L1 antisense polynucleotide agents that can be used to reduce PD-L1 expression in cells and subjects.[French]
