An apparatus for removing a covering and icicles from a building and device is provided, and an unmanned aerial vehicle pod (4) is used in the apparatus. The apparatus comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle pod (4) and abrasive-spraying tubes (2, 3). The abrasive-spraying tubes (2, 3) of the unmanned aerial vehicle pod for removing a covering and icicles from a building and device spray high-speed airflows and cut abrasives or separate high-speed, high-temperature airflows. The abrasive-spraying tubes (2, 3) can be symmetrically mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle pod (4) either transversely or longitudinally to reduce displacement as much as possible.
