Abstract[English]
A developing cartridge (100), capable of being detachably mounted into a drum cartridge (50) having a photosensitive drum (52). The developing cartridge (100) comprises: a housing (101); a developing roller (120); an input gear (111); a chip (140); and a first protrusion (161), capable of receiving a force external to the developing cartridge (100) such that the developing roller (120) moves from a first position to a second position. The developing roller (120) has a developing roller surface, the photosensitive drum (52) has a photosensitive drum surface, and the developing roller surface has a first portion located on a first side of the housing (101) in a first direction and a second portion located on a second side of the housing (101) in the first direction. If the developing roller (120) is located at the second position, there is a first distance between the first portion and the photosensitive drum surface, and there is a second distance between the second portion and the photosensitive drum surface, the first distance being different from the second distance.[French]
