Abstract[English]
This application provides an image sensor, an imaging apparatus including the image sensor, and an electronic device including the imaging apparatus. The image sensor includes a plurality of pixels configured to act as photoelectric conversion elements, where each pixel includes a plurality of layers, a first layer in the plurality of layers includes a first conversion film, and at least a part of the first conversion film is composed of a first metal halide perovskite material capable of absorbing a first component of light entering the image sensor to generate photocurrent. In this way, this application may realize the image sensor with low crosstalk, high sensitivity and low image lag.[French]
La présente demande concerne un capteur d'image, un appareil d'imagerie comprenant le capteur d'image, et un dispositif électronique comprenant l'appareil d'imagerie. Le capteur d'image comprend une pluralité de pixels configurés pour agir en tant qu'éléments de conversion photoélectrique, chaque pixel comprenant une pluralité de couches, une première couche dans la pluralité de couches comprenant un premier film de conversion, et au moins une partie du premier film de conversion étant composée d'un premier matériau de pérovskite à halogénure métallique qui permet d'absorber une première composante de lumière entrant dans le capteur d'image pour générer un photocourant. De cette manière, cette demande peut réaliser le capteur d'image avec une faible diaphonie, une sensibilité élevée et un faible retard d'image.
