Abstract[English] A high-speed and low-noise ADC is provided. An analog digital converter outputting a digital signal based on an input analog signal is provided, wherein a most significant bit (MSB) of the digital signal is determined based on a comparison between the analog signal and a predetermined threshold voltage, wherein bits other than the MSB of the digital signal are counted by comparing ramp signals having different voltages at a start based on the comparison and reducing a comparison range varying as time elapses, and wherein the threshold voltage and change rates of the ramp signals are variable.[French] L'invention concerne un CAN à grande vitesse et à faible bruit.
