Abstract[English]
Aspects of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatuses, devices, and systems for communications during an inactive state, to perform data transmissions without being negatively affected by operation of a certain node (e.g., reconfigurable intelligent surface) in the network. An apparatus may receive information pertaining to configured grant (CG) configurations indicating resources that are available to be used by the apparatus for the communication with the network device. The apparatus may determine, based on the information pertaining to CG configurations, a CG configuration to be used by the apparatus for transmission of a signal during an inactive state. The determined CG configuration may be associated with events within an area in which the apparatus and the network device are located. The apparatus may transmit the signal over a CG resource indicated in the determined CG configuration during the inactive state.[French]
