Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a portable and discrete device for consuming substances by smoke inhalation, which is characterised by its innovative design and use of water (A) and/or ice (H) for filtering and cooling the smoke. Unlike traditional waterpipes, the present invention incorporates a new arrangement of components: the burner (10) serves as a stable base and may contain ice. On top of the burner is the expansion chamber (20), which is a tubular structure that houses the water and/or ice and prevents leaks by means of the percolator (23). This chamber is connected to a head (30) that is detachable by means of a joint system that allows the waterpipe to be positioned horizontally, reducing the risk of spilling. The container (12) for the substances is integrated into the burner, with a lower hole (13) that channels the smoke towards the chamber, where the smoke is filtered before being inhaled by the user through the upper hole (32).[Spanish]
Se presenta un dispositivo portátil y discreto para el consumo de sustancias por inhalación de humo, que destaca por su diseño innovador y uso de agua (A) y/o hielo (H) para filtrar y enfriar el humo. A diferencia de las pipas tradicionales, integra una nueva disposición de componentes: el quemador (10) actúa como base estable y puede contener hielo. Sobre él se encuentra la cámara de expansión (20), una estructura tubular que aloja el agua y/o hielo, y evita fugas gracias al percolador (23). Esta cámara se conecta a un cabezal (30) desmontable mediante un sistema de uniones que permite posicionar la pipa en forma horizontal, reduciendo el riesgo de derrames. El depósito (12) para las sustancias está integrado en el quemador, con un orificio inferior (13) que canaliza el humo hacia la cámara, donde se filtra antes de ser inhalado por el usuario a través del orificio superior (32).[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif portable et discret pour la consommation de substances par inhalation de fumée, qui se distingue par sa conception innovante et l'utilisation d'eau (A) et/ou de glace (H) pour filtrer et refroidir la fumée. À la différence des pipes classiques, la pipe de l'invention propose une nouvelle disposition de composants : le brûleur (10) fait office de base stable et peut contenir de la glace. Au-dessus dudit brûleur se situe la chambre d'expansion (20), une structure tubulaire qui contient l'eau et/ou la glace, et qui permet d'éviter des fuites au moyen d'un percolateur (23). Ladite chambre est reliée à une partie supérieure (30) amovible au moyen d'un système de raccords qui permet de positionner la pipe de manière horizontale, réduisant ainsi le risque de déversements. Le réservoir (12) à substances est intégré dans le brûleur, avec un orifice inférieur (13) qui canalise la fumée vers la chambre, où la fumée est filtrée avant d'être inhalée par l'utilisateur à travers l'orifice supérieur (32).
