The invention relates to a device (1) for detecting, classifying and quantifying single-cell organisms, which uses hyperspectral technology to detect, classify and quantify the presence of single-cell organisms. The device comprises at least one frame (8) for attaching components; at least one hyperspectral image acquisition component (9); at least one standardised lighting system (10); and at least one sample-holding carrier (11) with controlled horizontal movement.[Spanish]
