Abstract[English]
A computer-implemented method serves for determining a bale laydown (7) from an inventory (1) of fiber bales (11-13) in a textile production process, the fiber bales (11-13) being stored in the inventory (1) as at least one pile (10) At least one fiber-quality parameter of fiber bales (11, 12) that form part of an outer layer (14) of the at least one pile (10) is determined. The determined fiber-quality parameters are inputted into a computer program for determining bale laydowns. A bale laydown (7) is determined by the computer program based on the inputted fiber-quality parameters. Information on the determined bale laydown (7) is outputted by the computer program. Thus, the quality and homogeneity of the bale laydown is improved, and the inventory management in the warehouse is simplified.[French]
Un procédé mis en oeuvre par ordinateur sert à déterminer un dépôt de balles (7) à partir d'un inventaire (1) de balles de fibres (11 à 13) dans un processus de production de textile, les balles de fibres (11 à 13) étant stockées dans l'inventaire (1) en tant qu'au moins une pile (10). Au moins un paramètre de qualité de fibre de balles de fibres (11, 12) qui font partie d'une couche externe (14) de ladite pile (10) est déterminé. Les paramètres de qualité de fibre déterminés sont fournis en entrée à un programme informatique pour déterminer des dépôts de balles. Un dépôt de balles (7) est déterminé par le programme informatique sur la base des paramètres de qualité de fibre fournis en entrée. Des informations sur le dépôt de balles (7) déterminé sont délivrées en sortie par le programme informatique. Ainsi, la qualité et l'homogénéité du dépôt de balles sont améliorées et la gestion d'inventaire dans l'entrepôt est simplifiée.
