Abstract[English]
In a computer-implemented method for determining bale laydowns in a textile production process a first bale laydown (310) is provided A computer system (390) receives textile-quality data determined at a location (330) in the textile production process downstream of the first bale laydown (310), the textile-quality data relating to fiber material from the first bale laydown (310). The received textile-quality data are taken into account when determining, by the computer system (390), a second bale laydown (320). Thus, the predictability and consistency of quality characteristics of the textile intermediate products and/or products produced from the bale laydowns (310, 320) is improved.[French]
Dans un procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur pour déterminer des couches de balle dans un processus de production de textiles, une première couche de balles (310) est fournie. Un système informatique (390) reçoit des données de qualité de textile déterminées à un emplacement (330) dans le processus de production de textiles en aval de la première couche de balles (310), les données de qualité de textile concernant le matériau fibreux provenant de la première couche de balles (310). Les données de qualité de textile reçues sont prises en compte lors de la détermination, par le système informatique (390), d'une seconde couche de balles (320). Ainsi, la prédictibilité et la cohérence des caractéristiques de qualité des produits et/ou des produits intermédiaires textiles produits à partir des couches de balles (310, 320) sont améliorées.
