Abstract[English]
The present invention is a modular mattress assembly that can prevent the appearance of bed sores and can heal the developed sores by spreading the weight of the body on the mattress using an array of motorized support. The modular mattress is an array of small cushionettes each placed on top of a linear motion mechanism. Each cushionette can be adjusted in height independently of any other cushionettes through the electrical linear motion mechanism. This actively adjustable array mechanism of the mattress which can extend infinitely in Z-axis through motorized linear actuator brings a high resolution of the shape of the mattress. The array can change position in XYZ axis to accurately accommodate the patients medically required shape and skin contact points. The device uses predefined and amended algorithms to adapt the patients' situations individually or provide personalized treatment.[French]
La présente invention concerne un ensemble matelas modulaire qui peut prévenir l'apparition d'escarres de décubitus et guérir les plaies développées en répartissant le poids du corps sur le matelas à l'aide d'un groupement de supports motorisés. Le matelas modulaire est constitué d'un groupement de coussinets placés sur un mécanisme de mouvement linéaire. Chaque coussinet peut être ajusté en hauteur indépendamment des autres coussinets par l'intermédiaire du mécanisme de mouvement linéaire électrique. Ce mécanisme de groupement activement réglable du matelas, qui peut s'étendre à l'infini dans l'axe Z grâce à un actionneur linéaire motorisé, permet d'obtenir une haute résolution de la forme du matelas. Le groupement peut changer de position dans l'axe XYZ pour s'adapter avec précision à la forme médicalement requise du patient et aux points de contact avec la peau. Le dispositif utilise des algorithmes prédéfinis et modifiés pour s'adapter individuellement à la situation des patients ou fournir un traitement personnalisé.
