Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Montagestation (100) zur Ausführung von Montagevorgänge an einem Produkt (P) unter einer konditionierten Montageatmosphäre (MA), aufweisend: eine Robotervorrichtung (10), ein Gehäuse (20) und eine Konditionierungseinheit (30), die mit einem Montageraum (22) verbunden ist. Erfindungsgemäß umfasst die Montagestation (100) ein Sensormodul (40R) an der Robotervorrichtung (10) mit wenigstens einem Sensor (48, 49), dessen Erfassungsbereich (E) zu einer Messung eines verunreinigungsbezogenen Parameters auf einer Oberfläche einer der Komponenten (K) des Produkts (P) ausgerichtet ist.[English]
The present invention relates to an assembly station (100) for carrying out assembly operations on a product (P) under a conditioned assembly atmosphere (MA), having: a robot device (10), a housing (20) and a conditioning unit (30) which is connected to an assembly chamber (22). La présente invention concerne une station de montage (100) pour l'exécution d'opérations de montage sur un produit (P) sous une atmosphère de montage (MA) conditionnée, comprenant : un dispositif robotisé (10), une enceinte (20) et une unité de conditionnement (30) qui est reliée à un espace de montage (22). Selon l'invention, la station de montage (100) comprend un module capteur (40R) sur le dispositif robotisé (10) doté d'au moins un capteur (48, 49) dont la zone de détection (E) est orientée pour mesurer un paramètre relatif à la contamination sur une surface d'un des composants (K) du produit (P).
