Abstract[English]
The present invention provides novel, pure and stable crystalline forms of Isavuconazonium sulfate, a process for the preparation thereof and a pharmaceutical composition comprising crystalline forms of Isavuconazonium sulfate. The present invention further provides a process for the preparation of N-methyl-N-(3-[((N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-N-methylamino)acetoxy)methyl)pyridin-2-yl]carbamic acid 1-chloroethyl ester compound of Formula (I), and one pot process for the preparation of Isavuconazonium sulfate, which is obtained in high yield and purity without forming bi-products.[French]
La présente invention concerne de nouvelles formes cristallines pures et stables de sulfate d'isavuconazonium, un procédé pour leur préparation et une composition pharmaceutique comprenant des formes cristallines de sulfate d'isavuconazonium. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation d'un composé 1-chloroéthyl ester d'acide N-méthyl-N- (3-[((N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-N-méthylamino)acétoxy)méthyl)pyridin-2-yl]carbamique de formule (I), et un procédé monopote pour la préparation de sulfate d'isavuconazonium, qui est obtenu avec un rendement et une pureté élevés sans former de biproduits.
