Abstract[English] Methods and systems are provided for monitoring operation of an agricultural implement, such as a header for a harvesting machine. Sensor data from an event based sensor is used to identify one or more components of the implement and movement associated therewith. Operational parameters of the component(s) can be determined in dependence on the sensor data and be used to control operation of one or more operable components associated with the machine.[French] L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes pour surveiller le fonctionnement d'un outil agricole, tel qu'un organe de coupe pour une machine de récolte.
