Abstract[English]
A process is described for preparing 3-[(4S)-8-bromo-l-methyl-6-(2-pyridinyl)-4H-imidazo [ 1,2-a] [ 1,4]benzodiazepine-4-yl]propionic acid methyl ester of formula (B) which comprises reacting methyl 3-((3S)-7-bromo-2-(2-hydroxy-propylamino)-5-(pyridin-2-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzo[e][1,4]diazepin-3-yl)propanoate of formula (A) with an oxidizing agent which is pyridine sulfur trioxide, chromic acid or a salt thereof.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de 3-[(4S)-8-bromo-l-méthyl-6-(2-pyridinyl))-4H-imidazo [1,2-a] [1,4] benzodiazépine-4-yl] propionique de formule (B) qui comprend la réaction de méthyl 3-((3S)-7-bromo-2-(2-hydroxy-propylamino))-5-(pyridin-2-yl))-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzo[e] [1,4]diazépin-3-yl) propanoate de formule (A) avec un agent oxydant qui est du trioxyde de soufre de pyridine, de l'acide chromique ou un sel de celui-ci.
