Abstract[English] The present invention relates to novel DNase variants exhibiting alterations relative to a parent DNase that have been found to provide improved stability, e.g. improved detergent stability. The invention also relates to detergent compositions comprising the DNase variants, and methods for using and producing the DNase variants, as well as isolated DNA sequences encoding the variants, expression vectors and host cells. The variants of the present invention are suitable for use in cleaning processes and detergent compositions.[French] La présente invention concerne de nouveaux variants de DNase présentant des altérations par rapport à une DNase mère, qui se sont avérés fournir une stabilité améliorée, par exemple une stabilité de détergent améliorée.
