Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to novel DNase variants exhibiting alterations relative to a parent DNase that have been found to provide improved stability, e.g. improved detergent stability. The invention also relates to detergent compositions comprising the DNase variants, and methods for using and producing the DNase variants, as well as isolated DNA sequences encoding the variants, expression vectors and host cells. The variants of the present invention are suitable for use in cleaning processes and detergent compositions.[French]
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux variants de DNase présentant des altérations par rapport à une DNase mère, qui se sont avérés fournir une stabilité améliorée, par exemple une stabilité de détergent améliorée. L'invention concerne également des compositions de détergents comprenant les variants de DNase, et des méthodes d'utilisation et de production des variants de DNase, ainsi que des séquences d'ADN isolées codant pour les variants, les vecteurs d'expression et les cellules hôtes. Les variants de la présente invention sont appropriés pour être utilisés dans des procédés de nettoyage et des compositions de détergents.
