Abstract[English] A method and an apparatus (100) for 3D scan of an object in proximity. Light from a light source (150) is split into an external path and an internal path. The light on the external path bounces back from the object (290) and interferes with the light on the internal path. The interference may be used to determine an accurate time of flight of the light on the external path.[French] L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil (100) pour le balayage 3D d'un objet à proximité.
